Chichester Festival Theatre
Chichester Festival Theatre is one of the United Kingdom's flagship theatres with an international reputation for producing a wide range of theatrical productions, from musicals and comedies, to classic drama and innovative new writing.
In Festival 07, seven of the nine Festival productions went on to a future life either in the West End or on national tour. The most successful have been Macbeth with Patrick Stewart as the lead and Nicholas Nickleby which went on international tour after its West End transfer.
The content of eSTAGE has been created by the staff of Chichester Festival Theatre. Video was shot and assembled and text written by members of the Theatre company. The virtual learning environment is available to any professional theatre company in the UK which wishes to create its own educational content and fit it into the eSTAGE framework.
